滑雪課程基本説明
費用詳情 / what includes
課程費用只包含教學費用，並不包含纜車票，租借，接送，裝備，等等。
The course fee only covers the instructional cost and does not include lift tickets, equipment rental, transportation, or other expenses.
課程時間包含的項目 / what is included
休息時間，以及全體課程的用餐時間都包含在課程時間內。
Break time, and meal time during the course are all included in the lesson time.
取消及退款政策 / cancellation and refund policy
30天前通知取消：全額退款。
30 days prior: Full refund.
15至29天前通知取消：退還課程費用的50%。
15 to 29 days prior: 50% refund of the course fee.
14天前至當日通知取消：不予退款。但若因突發身體不適或與本校無關之受傷等因素取消課程，並提供診斷證明書者，將酌收手續費20,000日圓，退還剩餘課程費用。未能提出診斷證明書者，恕不退款。
14 days prior or on the day of the lesson: No refund. However, if the cancellation is due to sudden illness or injury unrelated to us, and a medical certificate is provided, a cancellation fee of JPY 20,000 will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded. No refund will be given without a medical certificate.
不可抗力情況：若因天氣變化、道路封閉、滑雪場關閉、入境規定變更等不可抗力原因無法參加課程者，可依照30天前通知取消的規則全額退款。
Force Majeure: In the case of weather changes, road closures, ski resort closures, or changes in entry regulations, a full refund will be issued according to the 30-day prior cancellation policy.
政府政策限制：若因日本政府政策變更導致觀光限制，課程費用將全額退還。
Government Restrictions: If Japanese government policy changes result in travel restrictions, the full course fee will be refunded.
